IDEA Europe, registered in Italy (L'Aquila, via antica Arischia 185P), informs that treats, also with the aid of electronic tools, the following data, necessary for registration and subsequent verification of the scuba certifications (this is required by laws in various nations).
STUDENTS
Surname and name, date of birth, course, country and in some cases address.
DIVEMASTERS AND INSTRUCTORS
Surname and name, date of birth, level of certification, address, country, e-mail, phone, expiration date of medical fitness for diving.
These information are for internal use and will not be disclosed to third parties, with the following exceptions:
1) In case of participation in courses or dives, may be necessary to communicate to other training organizations, or to an instructor, school, diving, the surname and name of the interested person, date of birth, courses attended and date of issue of the certifications.
2) In case of requests coming from public authorities, police etc.
For instructors and divemasters the addresses will be used by IDEA Europe also for the provision of services and sending of communications related to their activity. In case of requests from students interested in the courses, or of diving centers looking for staff, could be communicated surname and name, e-mail, telephone, address of instructors and divemasters.
No other information will be disclosed and the data will not be used for other purposes.

IDEA Europe, registriert in Italien (L'Aquila, über Antica Arischia 185P), informiert drüber, dass in elektronischer Form die jene Daten gespeichert werden, die für eine Registrierung, Zertifizierung und späteren Überprüfungen des Tauchschein erforderlich sind (dies sind gesetzliche Bestimmung in verschiedenen Ländern).
TAUCHSCHÜLERDATEN:
Name und Vorname, Geburtsdatum, Kurs/ Qualifikation, Land und in einigen Fällen Adresse.
DIVEMASTER UND TAUCHLEHRER:
Name und Vorname, Geburtsdatum, Zertifizierungsstufe, Adresse, Land, E-Mail, Telefon, Ablaufdatum der medizinischen Tauglichkeit, Nachweis einer gültigen Haftpflichversicherung.
Diese Informationen sind für den internen Gebrauch von IDEA Europe bestimmt und werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Folgende Ausnahmen bestehen:
1) Im Falle der Teilnahme an Kursen oder Tauchgängen kann es notwendig sein, anderen Ausbildungsverbänden oder einem Ausbilder, oder einer Tauchschule folgende Daten bakanntzugeben: Geburtsdatum, Zertifizierungen mit Ausstellungsdatum.
2) Bei Anfragen von Behörden, Polizei usw.
Für Tauchleher und Divemaster werden die Adressen von IDEA Europe auch für die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen und die Zusendung von Mitteilungen im Zusammenhang mit ihrer Tätigkeit verwendet. Im Falle von Schüler-Kursanfragen oder Tauchzentren, die nach Personal suchen, können Name und Vorname, E-Mail, Telefon, Adresse der Instruktoren und Divemaster mitgeteilt werden.
Keine anderen Informationen werden bekannt gegeben und die Daten werden nicht für andere Zwecke verwendet.

ALLIEVI
Cognome e nome, data di nascita, corso, nazione ed in alcuni casi indirizzo.
DIVEMASTER E ISTRUTTORI
Cognome e nome, data di nascita, livello di certificazione, indirizzo, nazione, e-mail, telefono, data di scadenza dell'idoneità medica alle attività subacquee.
Queste informazioni sono per uso interno e non verranno rese note a terzi, con le seguenti eccezioni:
1) In caso di partecipazione a corsi o immersioni, potrebbe essere necessario comunicare ad altre organizzazioni di addestramento, oppure a un istruttore, scuola sub, diving, il cognome enome della persona interessata, la data di nascita, i corsi frequentati e data di emissione dei relativi brevetti.
2) In caso di richieste proventienti da autorità pubbliche, Polizia ecc.
Per gli istruttori e divemaster, l'IDEA Europe utilizzerà gli indirizzi per la prestazione dei servizi richiesti e per l'invio di comunicazioni relative con loro attività. In caso di richieste di allievi interessati ai corsi, o di centri sub in cerca di personale, potrebbe essere comunicato il cognome e nome dei divemaster ed istruttori, l'indirizzo e-mail, l'indirizzo postale, il telefono.
Non verranno diffuse altre informazioni e i dati non verranno utilizzato per altri fini.

Esta información es para uso interno y no se revelará a terceros, con las siguientes excepciones:
1) En caso de participar en cursos o inmersiones, puede ser necesario comunicarse con otras organizaciones de formación, o con un instructor, escuela, centro de buceo, el nombre y apellidos de la persona interesada, fecha de nacimiento, cursos que ha participado y fecha de emisión de las certificaciones.
2) En caso de solicitarlo autoridades públicas, policías, etc.
Para instructores y divemasters, IDEA Europe también utilizará las direcciones para la prestación de servicios y el envío de comunicaciones relacionadas con su actividad. En caso de solicitudes de estudiantes interesados en los cursos, o de centros de buceo en busca de personal, se pueden comunicar el nombre y apellidos, el correo electrónico, el teléfono, la dirección de los instructores y divemasters.
No se revelará ninguna otra información y los datos no se usarán para otros fines.
